In that apartment, OP’s had a neighbor who “everyone hated.” He consistently played loud music, left garbage outside his door, hosted noisy parties while intoxicated every weekend, and disregarded all requests to reduce the noise, claiming his “right” to make as much noise as he pleased.

For others, what he did wasn’t easy, but OP pointed out that he possessed his neighbor’s original, unchanged Wi-Fi password. This was also the case for the router.
OP knew the default password and the specific IP address it operated on, so it wasn’t hard for him to exact his revenge.
Trust Me, Bro
Through the IP address, OP added that his neighbor inadvertently granted him unrestricted access to the entire home network.
Furthermore, around 70% of the mentioned programs were essentially pre-recorded macros, so all OP required was some “available free time.” OP said it’s “nowhere near as impressive as it sounds at first.”
There’s No Fixing This
Being so close to his neighbor, OP even saw the internet service provider’s attempts to “fix” the network, which all failed miserably. He said, “Every time they reset the Wi-Fi, my program was already there, changing the administrator password.”
