Welfare Denied
Where OP (Original Poster) lived, college students are only eligible for welfare assistance if their families are below a certain threshold. The income of OP’s parents was too much to qualify him to receive assistance, though.
So, although his parents weren’t helping him pay for college, he wasn’t eligible for the assistance. He was desperate for money and finally landed a job at a local pizza place.
Vindictive Bully on the Rampage
OP soon realized that one of his coworkers, Sarah, took pleasure in being cruel to new hires. He said she was a “vindictive lady” who would constantly “stir up” a lot of drama.
He added, “Sarah would pick a target and then bully them into quitting.“ Unfortunately, Sarah didn’t take long to harass one new hire into quitting.
New Target Acquired
Once the other new hire was gone, Sarah set her sights on OP. Even though they’d never had a problem with each other before, Sarah suddenly began to make up lies about OP.
Endless Harassment
Sarah seemed to specialize in making a person’s life miserable. She began to spout lies about OP to their supervisor and would even scream at OP with “extreme hostility.”
Sarah would say things like, “Hey, Mr. Supervisor, I asked John where the snake is, and he said the snake is cutting pizzas.” She’d even say this while the supervisor was actually slicing the pizzas!
Bodily Harm
OP even noted that Sarah would be sly and not warn him when pans were hot, which led to OP burning his hands on multiple occasions. He added, “This is a major sin in kitchen jobs.”
Conspiring With Friends
As if everything else wasn’t enough, Sarah soon recruited her friends to bully OP as well.
These people had never complained about OP until now. With Sarah leading the way, her friends accused OP of “slacking off” on the job.
Life in Shambles
All of this constant harassment quickly took a toll on OP. His work hours were cut, which left him barely able to afford rent or food.
OP spiraled into depression and even considered dropping out of college.

He was on shift at the pizza place when the welfare department officials showed up and said multiple complaints had been filed against Sarah. Though the government officials didn’t have a warrant, the pizza place owner was all too eager to “lick their shoes.”
Caught Red-Handed
The investigators looked through all of the CCTV footage the owner showed them. This footage clearly showed Sarah working at the pizza place.
With all the evidence they needed, the officials then questioned Sarah; it didn’t take her long to panic and confess to everything. OP noted that Sarah should’ve known to remain silent as a law student, but she didn’t.

With the allegations found to be true, Sarah’s law career ended before it started. She received a suspended sentence for fraud that would disqualify her from ever becoming a lawyer.
