OP (Original Poster) and her ex, Harry, met in high school through mutual friends and “instantly connected.” They started dating not long after OP graduated high school, and now that she looked back on it, things were going “extremely fast.”
Their Own Little Family
They moved in together after college. Then, two years after they started living together, OP got pregnant with their daughter.
She wrote, “He was automatically excited to become a father, and I was thrilled that we were going to become a little family.”
An Emergency Call
Everything was going fine until OP was in labor and got a call from Harry’s friend, telling her that he and Harry were supposed to meet, but he didn’t show.
OP, in turn, told him that she’d tried getting in touch with him, too, as she was about to give birth. Both OP and Harry’s friend were worried about what might have happened to him at this point.
Heartbreaking News
Sadly, after OP gave birth, she received another call from Harry’s friend, telling her that Harry was at his mistress’ house.

What an Absurd Request!
Though OP knew something was up, she wasn’t expecting what the couple would ask of her. Harry said, “Due to us not being able to have another child, we were wondering if you would be our surrogate.”
OP thought it was a joke. However, Harry’s fiancé just said, “We are dead serious. We want at least five babies, so we need you to be a surrogate for us for three babies.”
Laughing Her Way Out
OP couldn’t believe what was happening, and she burst into laughter. She said, “You—you want me to carry three babies for you?”
