OP (Original Poster), a 29-year-old woman, uninvited her cousin, a 25-year-old man, from her wedding. If someone were to ask her, the reason’s simple and straightforward enough, and you’ll surely agree with her decision!
Exciting News!
One night, OP and her relatives were having dinner, and everyone was having fun. Then, suddenly, OP’s cousin pulled her aside, happily told her he would propose to his girlfriend, and showed her the ring.
She was genuinely happy for him because she knew his partner was a fantastic woman, and she was glad he wanted to take things further.
An Inappropriate Thing to Ask
However, OP was blindsided when her cousin asked her if he could propose to his girlfriend at her wedding. OP laughed, thinking it was only a joke.
But contrary to what she thought, he was serious about the question, so OP apologized and said she didn’t want him to do such a thing. Her cousin was angry that she rejected his request and didn’t talk to her for the rest of the evening.
Sharing Her Big Day?
