OP (Original Poster) discovered that her mother and sister planned an “all girls” trip to Disney World for the three of them and her eight-year-old daughter. The best part was her mother and sister were going to pay for everything!
But since it’s a girls’ trip, none of their husbands would be invited.
A Great Adventure
OP hadn’t been on a plane in 20 years, and her daughter had never been on a plane. She hadn’t even gone on a big vacation since childhood, and her daughter had never seen Disney World.
So, in all honesty, OP was really excited.

On the flip side, OP’s husband had made the fact he didn’t like Disney very clear to his mother-in-law. He had also been adamant before that they couldn’t afford to go, he couldn’t get off work, and he wouldn’t enjoy being there with her mother and sister anyway.
