An Entitled Woman Insulted His 11-Year-Old Daughter and Made Her Cry for Watering a Friend’s Plants. So, He Called Her Out and Made Sure to Put Her in Her Place!

A man came across a woman in their neighborhood harassing his 11-year-old daughter and her friends. In their argument, there seemed to be no basis for her outburst apart from the fact that she’s racist!

In July 2021, Jevon Sisnett posted a video on YouTube showing how a stranger in their neighborhood upset his daughter.

Per the video, Sisnett found his daughter in tears while watering a neighbor’s lawn. She was also with her friends, and all were visibly upset.

The video has been viewed by millions since it was posted on YouTube and is now viral on TikTok.

Even though it was posted two years ago, the video’s resurfacing made people clamor about what the woman did.

Sisnett explained that his daughter and her friends were watering plants for their neighbor who was out of town. While doing so, the woman suddenly approached and started harassing them.

Why Would She Do That?

In his YouTube video caption, Sisnett explained, “This stranger walks into our friend’s backyard while my daughter is watering flowers with her friends and decides they don’t belong in the neighborhood. She then proceeds to escort them off the property until our friend’s son walks out. Then she begins to interrogate him.”

Even with Sisnett coming to intervene and confront the woman, she stood proudly in front of the house with her hands on her hips.

During this point of the video, a child could be heard crying in the background.

Furious, OP told the woman that she had no right to harass his daughter, who was obviously not doing anything wrong.

He said, “My daughter’s been coming here watering plants for three weeks while they’re out of town! You don’t know them. You insulted my child. We live in the neighborhood, Karen! Welcome to the internet, Karen! Got little girls crying. Welcome to the internet, Karen!”

Even with Sisnett’s fury, the woman didn’t back down. She just tapped her watch and demanded Sisnett give her a name, date of birth, and address.

On the other hand, Sisnett was arguing that she didn’t need any of those things. What she needed to do was to walk away and “go somewhere else.”

What Did You Say?

After a moment of silence from the woman, Sisnett then asked what she said to the kids.

He said, “First of all, how were you insulting these kids? You must have said something to make them cry.” The woman started saying, “It just don’t f****** smell right. Something just don’t smell right with me.”

Curious Neighbors

Though the video clip mainly focuses on the woman, some bystanders can be seen loitering around them.

One of those bystanders appeared to be on the phone with a lawyer or police, and he could be heard saying, “I don’t know what seems to be wrong with her, but she seems drunk, and she’s still standing here.”

Is She Walking Away?

After minutes of arguing, the woman started walking away from Sisnett and the kids. But she was also seen walking back toward them and then walking away again.

She paced this way four times before finally giving up and leaving. The kids were in Sisnett’s car, crying, traumatized by what happened.

Redditors’ Opinions

People were just appalled by how she acted.

One said, “Have we, as Americans, gone so far down the racial rabbit hole that we can’t just acknowledge we made a mistake and apologize? For God’s sake, this was a child! Just admit you were wrong to pre-judge and apologize!”

Poor Kids

Some users feel for the kids; for them, this wasn’t something they should have experienced, especially since they were so young.

“No way, Karen! And the smell is likely her drunken self. So sorry those girls were probably scared out of their wits. Poor kids,” commented one user.

People were also ashamed of their society for allowing something like this to happen.

This person wrote, “The father had all the right to intervene on his children’s behalf. Total dismay in today’s social problems. What is happening to our country?”

Another person said, “Remember when people would be ashamed of their actions?”

You Did Good, Dad!

Overall, people commend Sisnett for handling things as well as he could have.

“Dad handled that pretty well. I can think of more than a few choice names to call her. I would have made her cry,” said one man.

What do you think? Was Sisnett too much, or did he do what was right?
